This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for the processing and protection of personal data collected from Users who use the Zebate24.pl website, operating under the Internet address zebate24.pl, (hereinafter referred to as "Website".), made available by NAWROCCY S.C. A. Nawrocka, B. Nawrocki with its registered office at Os. Rzeczypospolitej 2/24, 63-200 Jarocin, NIP: 617 220 43 12 (hereinafter referred to as "NAWROCCY S.C.").

"User" as defined in the Privacy Policy means an individual using the Website.

In accordance with the contents of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") NAWROCCY S.C., informs that it is the administrator of the personal data provided by the User while using the Website. The personal data obtained are processed in accordance with the Regulation, and in cases required by its content, with the User's consent.
  2. NAWROCCY S.C. collects only the data that is necessary to conclude the contract and provide the service selected by the User, answer the questions addressed to NAWROCCY S.C. and provide information about its offer.
  3. When ordering a service, NAWROCCY S.C. collects the data entered by the User in the contact forms. These data include:

    • email address,
    • phone number,
    • other personal data voluntarily entered by the User in the contact form.

In this regard, personal data will be kept for the period necessary for the performance of the contract and the provision of the service selected by the User. After that time, the data will be processed for the period necessary to resolve any potential disputes that may arise in connection with the services provided, such as those related to claims (this period will include the period of the statute of limitations for contractual claims, in accordance with applicable laws).
